Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on June 28, 2022, found that Frans Stay At Homecare, LLC, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on April 28, 2022.
